Producti Introduction:

Pre-melted refining synthetic slag is a new generation of auxiliary material for steel making developed by our company. Its annual output is more than 20,000 tons. It can be used as purifying agent for molten steel when refining. It has strong deoxidation and desulfurization effect, which can reduce oxygen and inclusion content in steel. Besides, this product is made of a variety of fine materials after stirring evenly and melting at high temperature, which mainly produces calcium aluminate that contains more than 90 % 12CaO and 7AI2O3 with low melting point and easy to float upward. It can react with oxygen and sulfur in steel and adsorb reactants to purify molten steel. It has been proved by manufacturers who has been used this product: when the original sulfur content in steel is lower than 0.03%, the adding amount of it to per ton of steel is 3 to 8 kg, which can make the final sulfur content reach 0.0052%, and the desulfurization rate reaches more than 80%.

Packaging & Shipping

Packing materials: Fumigated wooden pallet, textile ton bags, high quality wrapped film.

 1. All products shall be packed in ton bags with wrapped film to protect against moisture. 2. Two bags will be loaded on one pallet,the shipping mark is aligned up and down to the front. 3. Each part of the ton bag will be wrapped in no less than three layers of film, with no exposed parts. 4. The binding is made of plastic steel bags, and the upper and lower steel belts are tight. 5. 10 pallet will be loaded in one container. 6. Packing is carried out according to the packing details, and the corresponding box number will be recorded. 7.A packing list will be issued for approval after designing. 8.Special requirement of the package is accepted.

Product specification

1. The raw materials selected by Guorui are strictly tested before entering the factory to ensure the quality of products from the source. The raw materials crushed by the ball mill are automatically sent to the kiln by the microcomputer

 2. After the high temperature section, the kiln will automatically pour the refining slag into the cooling pool for water cooling or natural cooling.

3. After the refining slag is cooled, it will be broken to the specified particle size according to the user's requirements.

4. Guorui products are finally packed in ton bags and protected by three layers of film
